SHIPPING: I make every effort to ship items out the next day unless it is a weekend or Christian holiday. Items will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested by the customer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Please feel free to call or email with any questions. Your shipping charges include a small packing and handling fee to ensure your order arrives intact. Multiple item orders may be shipped in separate boxes.
RETURNS: Unused pottery may be exchanged for different work within 15 days of original invoice date of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please consider insuring your returns as pots that arrive in my studio broken are non-returnable. Please call or email for return authorization. If your order arrives broken, please save the packing materials, call me, and I will either replace it with a similar item (of your choice) or refund your money.
